Live between the pines and the Baltic

Live between the pines and the Baltic

White Amber is Jurmala’s first sustainable timber residential quarter — two buildings, 150 homes, designed to last and built to breathe.

About project

We build with wood because we believe the way a home is made matters as much as the home itself.

White Amber was built on a simple conviction — that sustainable and beautiful are not opposites. That a family deserves a home which is healthier, quieter, and kinder to the world than what came before.

Buildings are crafted from cross-laminated timber — a material that stores carbon rather than emitting it, breathes with the seasons, and creates interiors that no concrete wall ever could. It is the oldest building material in the world, and still the best.

We deliver White Amber as one complete project. All 150 apartments, all three buildings, the courtyards, the gardens — ready at once. Because a neighbourhood should feel like a neighbourhood from the first day you move in.

White Amber brings the calm of Dzintari's pines into modern living.

Location

Everything you need is within reach — schools, a clinic, the market, the beach — yet nothing feels rushed. Weekday mornings flow into weekend walks. The same neighborhood that gets your children to school on time also lets you forget what day it is by Sunday afternoon.
